START: One day

Today, I decided to be a girl: a girl who wears a dress, doll shoes and puts on make-ups. I wore an apple green sleeveless dress with black horizontal strips on the design. I put on my floral doll shoes that I bought on a night market near the church last Wednesday.  I put some blush-on. I wasn't that confident to wear this kind of clothes because I usually wear shirt and maong pants. My hair used to be short so whenever they saw me wearing some kind of a girly clothes, they called me 'bakla or bading'. But lately, I decided to let my hair grow longer. Though it would be a big challenge for me because I usually have my wash-and-wear hair style. I also look so thin whenever my hair starts to grow long reaching my back.

My sisters were not around to check my fashion style-of-the-day. They were my critics whenever I am experimenting on new clothes. ♥ After few minutes of preparing, I went upstairs to check my over-all look at our mirror. I smiled then I picked up my native sling bag and went out of the house. I kept inside my pocket a bag full of confidence. ^_^

It was a great feeling. I explore the world with a new "ME".  I appreciated the compliments I received. It was all new to me. This experience inspired me to experiment more not only about fashion but also a new ME-a  girly side of me.ΓΌ
